It is completely into wedding season right now so I have been slacking a bit on blogging since editing has been taking up the majority of my time! Stacy and Eamon’s wedding was gorgeous and a ton of fun which took place at Gaelic Park in Oak Forest. If you haven’t been to a wedding here before, then you’re missing out. After getting ready photos at Stacy’s parent’s house and an incredibly passionate first look, we headed to Gaelic Park. We had a bunch of time before the ceremony so I was able to take some portraits of the bride and groom as well as the bridal party. After the photos were done, it was time for them to get married!
It was a quick ceremony with one of the most romantic reading of the vows that I have ever witnessed. I really enjoyed how they incorporated Irish touches throughout the day like the bagpiper escorting them down the aisle. After some family photos, the party really got started when Tim and Mike of Ready Set Dance Ent. started to get some music going and the rest of the evening was full of dancing, great music, and a ton of laughs. I had so much fun working on these photos and had the chance to relive so many awesome moments!
It was such an honor being a part of their wedding day, couples like them are seriously why I love being a photographer so much.
