The moment I walked in the door of Jessica’s childhood Burbank home, I was treated like family. Jessica’s aunt and uncle kept offering me cured meats and delicious cheeses and it was awesome to see the pride in her father’s eyes as he talked about his homemade alcohol. Kyle and the guys chose to get ready at the same location as the girls, we just had to make sure he didn’t sneak a peek until the first look.
After the first look, we went to a variety of different places in the Naperville area for photos before the ceremony and the bridal party were super laid back and were up for anything. It was a perfect day to be outside and the beautiful rolling clouds were definitely something I could work with.
Their ceremony took place at the incredibly gorgeous Naperville Country Club and was short and to the point as their immediate family watched.
After the ceremony, the newly-weds and I went out into the golf course to capitalize on the setting sun and the beautiful surroundings. The party was loud and wild after dinner; especially when the dancing started. What a day hanging out with these two. I never felt so welcomed at a wedding and left feeling like I was part of the family.
