I am incredibly excited and honored to have won the Expertise Best Wedding Photographers In Joliet 2017 this year. I have been a professional wedding photographer for about 8 years now photographing my first wedding ever in 2010 in Sanibel Florida for Jenny and Neal Cassels. What an amazing experience that was. I was nervous and excited to be able to show off my skills for such an amazing couple while standing with my feet in sand at the same time Chicago was getting pelted with a severe snow storm. After their wedding, I was hooked and realized that I wanted to be a professional wedding photographer.
From that point on, I tried to learn anything and everything that I could about wedding photography and wanted to see what everyone else in my area was doing. I noticed that my style didn’t really match what everyone around me was doing and I actually got a little nervous because I didn’t know if couples would like that or not. Fast forward nearly 8 years and almost 300 weddings later, my style is still evolving but I have found a look and a style that I have been in search for.

Looking back at all of the awesome couples that I had the privilege to get to know and all of the incredibly personal and special moments that I have been there to document, I really feel that I have one of the best careers in the world. Every time I go out on an engagement session or get to meet up with a bride and groom at a coffee shop, I still get excited to get to know who I am photographing. The wedding day is always filled with such passion and emotion that no two weddings are a like and I also get to visit and capture some of the coolest locations both close to home and on the other sides of the country. My goal is to keep learning and trying new techniques so that I am able to provide the couples in front of my camera with the best images that I can so they can remember those in between moments as well as the major parts of the wedding day and look back and remember what that day felt like.
